This policy explains how SiteToSent ("we", "us") collects and uses your information. It applies to our website and app. We follow UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Account details: your name, email, phone number, and business name.
Customer data you store: your customers' names, phone numbers, addresses, and job details you enter or dictate.
Payment info: processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Usage data: basic logs about how the app is used, to keep it running and improve it.

Why we collect it

To provide the service — turning your voice into quotes and invoices.
To send quotes, invoices and chase messages on your behalf to your customers.
To communicate with you about your account and support.
To handle billing through Stripe.

Who we share it with

We only share data with the providers we need to run the service:

Stripe — for payments and subscription billing.
Resend — for sending emails.
SMS delivery providers — for sending chase messages.
Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the app.

We never sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account and ask us to delete it, we'll remove it from our systems (except where we're required to keep records for legal reasons, like billing).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete your data.
Give you a copy in a portable format.
