Terms of Service

The service

SiteToSent is voice-to-quote software with automated follow-up for UK trades. We provide it as-is and do our best to keep it running well.

Subscription and billing

• The subscription is £149 per month, billed monthly through Stripe.
• Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial.
• A card is required at signup. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
• The first charge happens at the end of the 7-day trial, unless you cancel before then.

Cancellation

• You can cancel any time.
• If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you won't be charged.
• If you cancel after billing has started, it takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't give partial refunds.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully. You are responsible for having the right consent to contact your own customers by phone, SMS, or email — including for chase messages sent through SiteToSent.

Your content and data

You own the business and customer data you put into SiteToSent. We only process it to provide the service to you.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the previous 3 months. We're not liable for lost business, lost profits, or any indirect losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll give you reasonable notice of any material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
